Sean Couch is the Managing Director of Real Estate and Broker-in Charge for American Timberlands Company, LLC. Prior to joining ATC, Sean was the Managing Partner/Broker of Land Group of the Carolinas that he co-founded in December 2004. Sean started his real estate career with Prudential Burroughs and Chapin and, for the past 13 years, he has been involved in the brokerage of properties ranging from residential resorts home sites to multimillion-dollar commercial projects. Sean has extensive expertise in acquisitions, dispositions, site selection, feasibility studies, assemblage of land and residential/commercial development. In addition to real estate brokerage, Sean is a licensed broker, general contractor and an accredited land consultant candidate. He graduated from Appalachian State University in 1995.
