David Spera is Managing Director of Client Relations for American Timberlands Company, LLC. Prior to joining ATC, David was the Managing Partner/Broker of Land Group of the Carolinas (LGC) that he co-founded in December 2004. He was involved in land acquisition, re-zonings, site selection and planning. Prior to forming LGC David spent nine years in senior level management positions overseeing the design, sales and marketing of high-end golf apparel throughout North America, Europe and Japan for large apparel companies. David brings creative thinking, a global perspective and well-honed land management skills to the team. He graduated from the University of South Florida where he obtained a BS in Finance/Economics.
